At Anchored by Grace Boutique, it is my goal to have amazing customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, I will do everything I can to try and make it better! Please look over your order as soon as you get it in you hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent the incorrect items or missing items from your order, please contact customer service as as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
We have a limited number of each trendy style featured on the site and, because of this, I can't guarantee an exact exchange. You can ship the item back and I will email you a store credit which you can use to purchase a different size if it is still in stock or anything else you like!!!
There are certain rules that must be followed so that I can help you out!
- All returns must returned within 30 days of the date we ship out your order.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, no refunds
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags, including any Anchored by Grace Boutique hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge.
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box (please do not use the shoe box as the exterior return packaging).
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
